Amy Blackwell currently practices primarily in the area of civil litigation. She received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she was a University Honors Fellow. She received her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Memphis' Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor of the Tennessee Journal of Practice and Procedure, a member of the Moot Court Board, a graduate assistant in the Academic Support Program, and where she received the Robert and Elaine Hoffman Memorial Fellowship.
