Sam D. Elliott
Sam Elliott, a member of the Firm, represents clients in matters of commercial litigation, personal injury and products litigation, employment law, environmental law, eminent domain, municipal and zoning law. He currently serves as the city attorney for the local municipalities of Soddy-Daisy and Collegedale, and has served as special counsel to other governmental entities.

Sam and his wife, Karen, have two daughters and live on Signal Mountain, and are members of Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church.
