Robert L. Lockaby, Jr.

Bob Lockaby, member of the Firm, represents clients in business and commercial litigation, banking law and litigation, construction law and litigation, and general civil litigation. Upon graduation from law school, Bob was elected to the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society. He also served as Staff Member for the Tennessee Law Review, 1976-1978. He joined the firm in 1982 after serving for four years as a Captain in the U. S. Army's Judge Advocate General's Corps where his duties primarily involved the trial of court martial cases.

Bob is also very active in civic and community affairs. He and his wife, Becky, and their son, Matt, live in Harrison and are active members of the Ooltewah United Methodist Church where they serve in leadership positions.
