Beverly S. Edge, a member of the firm, primarily focuses on business, transactional and real estate matters. She has successfully handled numerous transactions, including acquisitions, sales, mergers and succession planning for various sized businesses, from small local "mom and pop" operations to multimillion dollar national transactions. Beverly often works with individuals acquiring or starting new businesses. Her work includes all aspects of business operations and business related transactions.
Beverly frequently advises business owners and executives regarding business strategy and planning, and regarding compensation and buy-in planning for key executives.
Beverly has substantial experience in the selection of the preferred type of business entity for new business ventures, and in the formation of such entities including limited liability companies, s corporations, limited partnerships, family partnerships and general partnerships.
Beverly and her husband, Chris, currently reside in Ringgold, Georgia with their two sons, Henley and Carter, and are members of Ringgold United Methodist Church.
