Bob Lockaby recently became of counsel to the firm after accepting a position as President and Chief Executive Officer of Remington Industries, Inc. Bob was born and raised in Chattanooga and joined the firm in 1982 after having served four years as an attorney in the United States Army Judge Advocate Generals Corps. Bob’s remaining law practice concentrates on business formation, mergers and acquisitions, complex loan transactions, real estate development, construction contracting and general commercial representation.
